Vitamin A acts as an antioxidant to help get rid of toxins in your body leaving you a healthy being. As for food rich in Zinc will help the body have nutrients that will act antibacterial agents and keep the body free of acne. Actually a diet deficient in carrots and Zinc leads to acne.
